Allylix to Present at the 7th Annual World Congress on
Industrial Biotechnology & Bioprocessing
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Allylix, Inc., CEO, Carolyn Fritz, will moderate the panel, “Novel Biotechnological Routes to Specialty and Fine Chemicals,” at the 7th Annual World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology & Bioprocessing in Washington, D.C. Allylix Vice President of Research and Development Richard Burlingame, Ph.D. will be presenting on the panel.
The conference is scheduled for June 27-30, 2010, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The panel Allylix is presenting on is scheduled for Monday, June 28th at 10:45 A.M.
Allylix, Inc., is a renewable chemistry company that specializes in bio-based products for the flavor and fragrance industry. Burlingame has over twenty years of diverse industrial biotechnology experience in areas of gene expression, biocatalysis, metabolic pathway engineering, enzymology, and strain and process development for the production of microbial products.
The World Congress conference is the world’s largest industrial biotechnology event for business leaders, investors and policy makers in biofuels, biobased products, and renewable chemicals. The event is expected to bring together more than 1,400 high-profile scientists, executives, government officials and investors for an exchange of ideas.
