SCS Engineers' Representatives to Moderate Sessions at IEA Annual Summit,
Oct. 8-9, in San Diego
San Diego, CA— SCS Engineers representatives Chuck Pryatel and Tom Rappolt will moderate discussion and roundtable sessions at the Industrial Environmental Association’s Annual Statewide Environmental Summit, set for October 8-9 at the Catamaran Resort Hotel in San Diego, Calif.
Chuck Pryatel, Senior Project Advisor specializing in regulatory compliance, is moderating the Hazardous Waste/Waste Reduction/Recycling Session being held Thursday morning. Working out of the SCS Engineers’ San Diego office, Mr. Pryatel manages regulatory compliance audits, risk assessments, and environment site assessments. Prior to joining SCS he served as a Division Chief, managing regulatory programs for the County of San Diego Dept. of Environmental Health.
Tom Rappolt, Vice President, who heads the newly formed SCS Tracer Environmental, is moderating the Air Quality: Legislative/Regulatory Issues Roundtable being held Thursday afternoon. Mr. Rappolt, QEP, REA, is an expert in atmospheric dispersion and transport of pollutants, and he is Chair of the San Diego County APCD Hearing Board. SCS Tracer Environmental, headquartered in San Marcos, Calif., specializes in tracer gas studies, ambient air monitoring, risk management planning and process safety management, and environmental services for the oil exploration and production industry.
