Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP is expanding its corporate, venture capital and intellectual property practices, opening a San Diego office to serve as the center of its life sciences group.
Leading the team are Stephanie Seidman, a biotechnology patent partner from Fish & Richardson PC, and partner David Fisher, who managed Fisher Thurber LLP and will head the corporate and emerging company practice in the new office.

Also joining the firm as associates are Frank Miskiel from Fish & Richardson; and Cheryl Allaire, Gregory Brucia and Alidad Vakili from Fisher Thurber. Seven technology specialists join with Seidman.
