Residents get water-saving help from new program

ENCINITAS ---- Aubri Almendariz discovered this week that she could be doing more to save water in and around her Encinitas home.
Thanks to a new push by the Olivenhain Municipal Water District, she said Thursday she also knows what she can do to reduce her residential puddle print.
