Voters Have a Choice When Casting Ballots

If San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters Kari Verjil is right, casting a ballot on Nov. 4 could be something of a chore. She predicts record voter turnout on Election Day.
Combine the volume of voters with the fact that many of them will cast a ballot for the first time and others will leave their decisions until the last minute, and it’s clear that wait times at
polling places are likely to be long.
