Santiago Raffo is a leading expert in digital marketing strategies and technology. As C+S’ digital marketing director, he manages the firm’s digital media buying capabilities, including research, the targeting of specific market segments, as well as creative technologies, such as mobile apps, augmented reality, virtual reality, game theory and other engagement tools. Raffo has worked on campaigns that include advertising in the 10 largest media markets in the country, in six different languages. He also implemented campaigns for the South Bay Adult Educational Consortium, and recruitment campaigns for the federal government. His clients have included well-known companies, such as Warner Bros. Pictures, Adidas, Coca Cola, McDonalds, VW, and other major global brands. Raffo was formerly head of development for Havas Media Latin America, where he oversaw the launch of the firm’s first mobile arm and its first programmatic digital buying platform. Raffo has developed several industry leading technologies, including the first capability to embed YouTube videos in mobile ads and the first virtual reality and augmented reality experiences delivered in the form of mobile ads.
